Stacy McLarty is an ambitious entrepreneur who began her career as a business owner at age 21. As an esthetician and hairstylist, Stacy still owns and operates a successful salon and spa in the West Georgia area. She has educated herself in many arenas, including attending the University of Georgia, the State University of West Georgia, and classes in Los Angeles, New York City, Atlanta, and Savannah.
Vacationing to the beautiful Golden Isles eventually lured Stacy, her husband Bryan, two children, Ember and Ryla, and their dog Murphy to become residents. Stacy and her family relocated to St. Simons Island in 2018.
Stacy specializes in seeing the hidden potential in homes, getting a buyer the best deals, and helping homeowners with visions of property improvement. Having a knack for remodels revamps, and design, Stacy has been buying and flipping real estate for over 15 years. Her Saint Simons projects include a vacation rental and residence on East Beach.
With a love for making all things beautiful and the skill of intelligent investing, Stacy recently followed her talents to become a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. She is combining all of her abilities to create a win in the field of real estate.
When not working on a revamp project, buying and selling, or operating her own business, Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She likes volunteering at St. Simons Elementary School, spending time at the baseball park, playing on the beach, and traveling. Stacy is still very active in her West Georgia community and supports many schools and non-profits in the Carrollton area. In 2017, Stacy earned the Dr. N. Jane McCandless Community Leadership Award for tireless leadership and dedication to the community.
