About Stacy

Stacy has been nurturing her passion for real estate since 2000 when she first started as a broker in Fort Collins, Colorado. One of her real estate partners once referred to her as the “horse whisperer” for clients, touching on her ability to adopt empathetic views towards wants and needs for each Buyer and Seller. She prides herself on her veteran listening skills and her understanding that one single approach isn’t right for every client. She believes that real estate demands a delicate balance of persistence and finesse. She holds multiple real estate designations to this day.

Stacy is a proud Colorado Native, born and raised here in West Denver. She has two incredible adult children (Jessica and Joshua), two equally incredible bonus children (Vivian and Henry) and two perfect
granddaughters (Naomi and Avri). Although the kids argue over who is her favorite, she says they’re all
mistaken, and that title is unwaveringly held by her THREE fur babies, Stella, Maddox and Shylo.

Stacy is married to the love of her life, Doug, who she first met during writing class at Wheat Ridge High School (thank you Mrs. Pennington!). Although they both left the Applewood area after graduating, they returned, reconnected and bought a home within a mile of where they grew up. In her “free” time, she loves to travel with her husband, spend time on the golf course attempting to triumph over that little white ball, enjoying the Colorado weather and simply loving on her family.
