Stefanie Cangiano

Stefanie Cangiano enjoys a peerless reputation as a professional entrepreneur with boundless energy and unstoppable problem-solving resourcefulness. Blessed with a commanding ‘stage presence,’ her vibrant personality and engaging manner put people instantly at ease. Passionately committed to excellence in customer service, Stefanie has made invaluable contributions to the large and very successful Cangiano family business, which included owning and managing many properties both commercial and residential. She has personally been on the buyer and seller’s end of the real estate market and has a good perspective of what it involves to make a deal happen. Stefanie attended Marymount College in New York City majoring in Communications and Languages. She is a professional opera singer with many notable credits garnered both here and abroad. A native New Yorker who has lived and studied in Europe, Stefanie draws upon her life experience as a world traveler as well as her artistic background to reflect a sophisticated manner devoid of any pretense. She is fluent in Italian with a working knowledge of French. A single parent, she was an active PTA member and ‘class mom’ who guided her son up to and through a Fordham University education. Stefanie is familiar with all areas of the city and now resides in Brooklyn.
