Stefanie is an amazing realtor! She really helped me find the perfect home! She was such a trooper! I brought her in some gross homes hoping to remodel in the future. There were a few homes we walked in and immediately out 😳. She was very quick to respond to me via text or email. Since the market was so crazy we had to act fast. I believe the home I got was meant to be, it was my Great grandparents same house number. I didn’t get the house right away because they took another offer, but they called Stefanie when the first offer fell through and we jumped on the opportunity!
I would definitely give Stefanie 5 + stars of amazing!

Working with Stefanie was such a treat. It felt as if I was working with an old friend! With her help and patience we toured homes all over the metro and suburbs looking for just the right place. My price range was the most competitive in the market, and I lost track of how many showings we went to!
I asked her to help me stay grounded and keep realistic expectations, which she did masterfully.

I feel that Stefanie really went above and beyond working around my schedule, and helping me negotiate the best deal.
I would highly recommend Stefanie to anyone looking for realtor. She is amazing at what she does!
