She has a reputation for being a straight shooter and tenaciously protecting the interests of her clients. She is proud of the amount of repeat business that she has been blessed with. The majority of her clients are past clients or referrals from past clients.

Stefanie believes the most important part of any deal happens before the deal. That first meeting with her client is crucial to a successful relationship. She takes that time to understand what is most important to the client so she can serve. Some agents start the client relationship by putting a Buyer in their car or putting a sign in a Seller’s yard. Stefanie is firm in her thought that each client has special needs and the great realtors take time to understand client goals first.

Stefanie is a proud graduate of California State University, Northridge. After graduation she turned up the heat with a passion for finance and all things real estate. After many years in finance, Stefanie transitioned to real estate sales. In her first year, she was awarded with the prestigious Rookie of the Year Award she has continued to receive sales accolades and client kudos ever since.

In addition to active memberships in the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Beverly Hills/Greater LA Association of Realtors, she is also an active member in local real estate networking groups and several off market listing clubs. Stefanie has served on the Agent Leadership Council and worked as a trainer and trusted advisor for local agents.

She gives back professionally by mentoring new agents. Her first piece of advice to them is “ALWAYS do right by your clients and your business will flourish”. Stefanie encourages agents to work tirelessly to satisfy their clients and earn their trust and business for a lifetime.

Stefanie’s philanthropic goals include a donation out of every fee earned to fill community needs. Some of her favorite places to give are donorschoose.org and other local organizations.

Raising consciousness is high on her “to-do” list. In her spare time, you may find Stefanie in a yoga class or meditating with friends.
