I have worked with many realtors, but Stephanie is a class all her own. She is caring, smart and professional. Always available to answer questions. She created great strategies for insuring maximum exposure (in a time where open houses were not allowed) She sold my place in less than a week, well above asking. Stefanie Novik is an amazing Real Estate Agent! Stefanie is thoughtful, professional, honest, caring, sincere, patient and generous, and she is always looking out for her client's best interest. I highly recommend her. As a first time buyer and seller, Stefanie has taken great care of us. Stefanie is a shrewd negotiator! In both instances, she helped us get the home we wanted (such negotiations to take it off the market before the first open house!) and helped us sell it at the price we were aiming for.
