Meet Stefanie Stockberger – the founder and CEO of the Stefanie Stockberger Group. Stefanie fell in love with real estate over a decade ago and her passion for the industry and serving others motivates her to learn, grow and excel. Stefanie Stockberger Group Real Estate was founded in 2007 with a purpose deeply founded in prioritizing Stefanie’s family values: Faith, Family, Business. She quickly became a strong producing agent and team leader. Stefanie’s focus is on streamlining business systems, giving personalized-attentive service and being a servant leader. Stefanie is part of a husband (Brad)/wife team and their oldest son (Jacob) joined them in 2019.
Stefanie was raised in Canton, SD and has lived in the Sioux Empire community for over 50 years. Strong knowledge of the area allows the group to narrow in on specific areas of interest for clients. The years lived in the community has also established an incredibly strong network for the group to tap into for marketing, looking for off market properties, and area information

She is a "Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a “Sellers Representative Specialist” (SRS), and a “Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Specialist” (SFR).

Stefanie & Brad were great to work with!!! I was the Loan Officer taking care of the financing for the buyers. Excellent communication, fantastic service and very knowledgeable. They made my job allot easier and we were able to close a week earlier then scheduled. Great to work with Professionals. Highly recommended.

We and 2 of our daughters families have had wonderful experiences with bying houses with Brad during less than ideal markets. My husband and I have purchased many homes through the years so we have plenty to compare his services to. Brad listens, gives accurate information, is comfortable telling you when your expectations are unrealistic, follows through every time he says he'll get back to you and gives honest, useful information regarding neighborhoods and prices. By far our favorite part of working with Brad is his knowledge of home maintenance, quality and life expectancy of roofs, appliances, heating and air systems and other large ticket items associated with buying a home. Since we all moved from areas with far less winter weather, his knowledge and willingness to answer questions has proved invaluable, not only in the purchase of the home but in his gracious willingness to answer questions prompted by several winters since. We will definitely ask Brad to care for our real estate needs again, should the opportunity arise.
