Steffan is one of the lucky ones. Steffan found a way to turn his passion for marketing, fine older homes and his community into a thriving Real Estate business. Steffan enjoys working with and helping people. His firsthand remodeling experience and engineering sales background have provided him with a solid foundation in strategic and analytical problem-solving. Steffan has found this combination of skills to be extremely valuable in helping his clients find and land that perfect house or investment property or find the best buyer for their home as well as negotiating contract terms, sorting through financial issues and interpreting complicated inspection reports.

This requires a strong work ethic and dedication, but his success is mainly attributed to the wonderful people who have put their trust in him and referred him time after time to family and friends.

Steffan has a passion for Sacramento’s older “Park” neighborhoods, with their fine character houses, vibrant diverse communities and proximity to downtown. Steffan stands for buyers and sellers in these neighborhoods, and Steffan has also helped clients looking for and selling homes in the surrounding suburban communities including the Pocket areas, Natomas and Elk Grove. Steffan has an extensive network of reputable and dependable contractors, home inspectors, home stagers, interior designers, lenders and escrow officers, all with whom he has had excellent personal experience.

Steffan and his wife chose to make Curtis Park their home since 2004. Their children attended local public schools and played in local sports leagues.

His business philosophy includes “as you give, so shall you receive”. Each year Steffan helps sponsor local fundraisers such as the Sierra Curtis Neighborhood Annual Spring Home Tour and Fall Silent Auction. Steffan has served on the Sacramento Youth Symphony Board and Steffan currently serves on the Sierra Curtis Neighborhood Association Board. Steffan was a coach for several years with the Land Park Soccer and Baseball Leagues.
