Stephanie Callaghan

I was born and raised in Maryland, but moved to Northern Virginia in the late 1990s to pursue a career in IT consulting after graduating from Virginia Tech. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration. My career in IT helped me to build strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills. I enjoyed a very successful career in IT, but finally realized that my true passion was in real estate. After almost 20 years in IT, I finally decided to turn my enthusiasm for real estate into my career.

When not I’m working, you can probably find me on the sidelines of a sporting event watching one of my four kids competing in soccer, swimming, basketball, or cross country. Sometimes you might even find me competing on the soccer field myself!
