Stephanie helped me purchase a condo in Bethany Beach. The experience was fabulous. I was living out of state and could not easily get there to look at property. She sent me videos of the places that I was interested in touring. When I was ready to make an offer, she helped me navigate the negotiation process. Stephanie went way above and beyond on my sale and purchase of my new home. I feel so grateful, I doubt anyone else would have hung in there with me through the big roller-coaster ride we found ourselves on. She is amazing, saving my purchase while we dealt with unscrupulous people, including Lawyers, yea. She knows she's smarter than two Lawyers in my book. Stephanie was great! We were first time home-buyers and Stephanie was so great and helping us through all the complicated real estate items as well as listening to what we were looking for. We were also on a time crunch because we had to move out of our apartment and Stephanie was super understanding and always on the ball!
