Best real estate agent in the area!!! Stephanie made everything about the process absolute breeze. Really hard to thank her enough because we had NO idea what we were doing and every stupid question I brought to Stephanie(which were not at all part of her job as a realtor lol) were answered promptly and kindly.

I really cannot recommend her enough to anyone buying a house in the Augusta area as she is so sweet and always looking out for your interests. Also she is prompt in replying to you and always trying to save you money, which are two very important qualities in a real estate agent for me!

I spent nearly a year looking for a house that met my requirements, never finding anything that I felt comfortable with. Finally I took a recommendation from a friend to contact Stephanie Dowaliby to help find a place. It took one day to find a house that exceeded my requirements and hopes. Furthermore, she was a great advocate for me through the process of bidding and closing on the house. Her sense of business ethics and her concern for the well being of her customers make her reliable and trustworthy. I do not say this lightly because I am a big skeptic concerning much of current business practices you see today. I can, however, confirm from personal experience that she is a woman of integrity. My family and I are very thankful for Stephanie and her willingness to move quickly in our circumstance. We are a retired military family who lived out of the country at that time, unable to view the property in person. That was no problem for Stephanie!
She went to view the property and in less than 24 hours Stephanie sent pictures and an extensive video of the property we wanted to purchase.
Within minutes of viewing the video my family just knew we wanted this house and Stephanie went to work!
