When Steph is not working, she enjoys spending as much time as she can with her family, live music events, reading, hiking and traveling. She has two rescue 4 legged kids – her dogs. Stephanie is a cancer fighter / survivor, who has been battling Melanoma since she was 28 years old in 2001. Stephanie is very active in the Melanoma Awareness community and talks to people about the dangers of melanoma, the importance of annual skin checks and how you can help to prevent the deadly disease in your everyday life.

Stephanie is a board member for 2 very important non-profits that hold a very special place in her heart ~ Rock to Recovery and Rainbow Heart Rescue! Rock to Recovery helps people heal and transform their lives through the powerful experience of writing, playing, and performing music as a group. Rainbow Heart Rescue is a nonprofit animal rescue organization with an emphasis on animals with emergent needs. Our mission is to reduce the amount of pets in the shelter system and reduce unnecessary euthanasia.

Helping people to make one of their most important decisions is a serious responsibility. It’s something that she takes seriously and loves doing!
