Stephanie is the best! She was incredibly helpful when purchasing my first home. She was very honest when answering questions about the home, even pointing out when appliances would need to be replaced! She was transparent with pricing and kept me up to date with the progress of my offer. Stephanie made herself available for when I needed to walk through the home, provided advice on the next step in the purchasing process, and even helped to see through the appraisal. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the area and helped to provide multiple contacts as needed. She would also reach out throughout the buying process (accepted offer through closing) to answer any questions or concerns.
