Stephanie is a third-generation Colorado native with a family legacy in real estate spanning over two decades. She has lived in 8 different locales across the State of Colorado throughout her lifetime. A true marketing expert, Stephanie has a marketing degree from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, and a decade of experience in entertainment marketing for powerhouse brands like Hulu and AEG Live before entering the real estate industry.

She started her real estate career in Denver, Colorado, specializing in homes of mid-century modern architecture and design over the span of five years. Stephanie continues to sell in the Denver market, focusing on well designed mid-century modern luxury listings and off market investment opportunities, and manages team member Lawrence Lippard. Mid-Century Modern Dream Homes also has become a full fledged media brand in 2024, complete with brand partnerships and social media marketing deals.

Stephanie also settled long term in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley, where she became a trusted name and powerhouse in the luxury real estate industry amongst homes of modern and contemporary design, and continues to make waves in the architecture, creative, and non-profit communities throughout the valley.
