Stephanie Steinbeck

Stephanie Steinbeck is a Realtor® and Notary Public serving Delaware, Franklin, Marion, and Union Counties. Stephanie earned her Ohio real estate license in 2018 after a very successful, 20-year career in sales and marketing. In her prior roles she served as the director of marketing and fundraising for a large nonprofit senior services provider, as well as an award-winning sales consultant and regional training supervisor for an educational publishing company.

Stephanie has deep roots in Delaware County and greater Central Ohio, having lived in Columbus and Delaware for more than 25 years. Since beginning her real estate career, Stephanie has been honored to receive multiple awards, including the Ohio Realtors® Presidents Club Award (2020-21), the Five Million Dollar Club Award from the Delaware County Board of Realtors® (2021), and brokerage recognition for her sales achievements. In 2020 and 2021, her sales production earned her a spot in the top 3% of agents serving her home zip code of 43015 (Delaware, OH) and top 10% in the state.

Stephanie is a driven real estate professional whose specialties include residential listings and buyer brokerage, working with first-time and move-up buyers, pre-listing property prep and consultations, and supporting "for sale by owner" clients who have found selling their home to be challenging (and less profitable) without the help of a professional agent. She is also experienced in assisting buyers and sellers with long-distance relocations and down-sizing.
