I have now bought 2 different properties and sold 1 with Stephanie. She is extremely knowledgeable and is always in your corner. Both properties I purchased with her guidance have been acquired below the market value due to her excellent advice and negotiation skills. I flipped the first property for a nearly $70K gross profit after just one year. The entire team at Dreamtown is very helpful and really great to work with. I highly recommend Stephanie!!

I can't say enough good things about Stephanie Sullivan. If you want an agent who is going to look out for your best interests, help you get clear on what you really want and need, talk you down from the rafters when your frustration gets intense, and go the extra mile to make sure that you find the very best fit that's within your budget, then Stephanie is your agent.

I would say she's a saint but then you may think I'm exaggerating. My search took soooo long, despite the many many properties we looked at, (and partially due to the fact that I kept changing what I was looking for), that I thought for sure she would lose patience with me. She never did. When I got frustrated and disappointed and scared that I would never find anything within my budget and within my timeframe, Stephanie was reassuring and supportive and helped me keep going. When the place I finally liked seemed as if it had issues, she was able to draw on her seemingly endless list of referrals to help me get a handle on what was needed. And she also kept me informed and educated at every step of the process.

She is a solid, supportive, patient, intuitive, and always professional. And her many years of experience in the business are evident. I'm grateful that Stephanie was my agent.

I could not have asked for a better team to work with while buying my condo, especially as a first time homeowner. Stephanie and Jacqui were there for me from the first two-plus hour introductory call, answering every question about the process, to closing, steering me through a last minute emergency I would not have been able to handle without them. They allowed me to direct the whole process at my own pace with no pressure, while seamlessly coordinating the whole team of professionals and making it as easy as possible for me. Stephanie and Jacque have continued to provide stellar referrals as I have moved into the new role of homeowner, and I know I will be getting great service at a fair price when Stephanie says “I have a contact for that,” no matter what the job. Overall a great experience working with these two.

Being first time homebuyers, having an experienced team around us was absolutely critical - particularly considering how challenging the real estate market is currently.

Jacqui and Stephanie were incredible - they responded at a moment's notice, helped us strategize and understand our options, and acted as realtors/advisors/therapists/saints.

Stephanie is the perfect realtor partner! She helped me buy and sell my first condo in the city and as my life circumstances changed, she was able to help me and my fiance find our home in Skokie. She was the perfect guide to helping navigate a competitive market in the middle of a pandemic. Not only does she empower her clients by teaching us all her real estate knowledge, but she also empowers those she works with. She provides mentorship to new realtors and when asked for referrals for contractors, inspectors and mortgage companies she recommends women owned businesses, minority own businesses and individuals who are just starting their own business. I have never felt pressured by her to make a decision and I always felt like I could ask questions, no matter how dumb they seemed. Stephanie is incredibly dedicated to her clients. She functions as a counselor, a designer, an advisor, a negotiator, and when necessary, a bulldog. She is kind, patient and empathetic, but knows exactly how to deal with even the most complicated transaction and the most difficult personalities. My wife and I would like to thank you very much for all your help in finding and closing on the condo unit at Park Millenium. All throughout the process, you have consistently been very nice, very responsive, highly efficient, and very knowledgeable. We especially appreciate the fact that you communicated with us very effectively by email or by phone. You responded to our issues and queries in a timely fashion.

Even though it was not necessarily your job, you helped explain many of the complexities of the process that we had difficulty understanding the explanations of the banker or the attorney. You also very effectively and professionally acted as liaison between us and the other parties involved (lender, attorney, and seller). We felt that you were our adviser and ally all throughout this complex process.

Most importantly, you played a crucial role in helping us finally close on the unit. If it were not for your diligent research and quick thinking, we would not have found our alternate lender in a timely fashion that led to completion of the purchase. We were very impressed by the amount of time you dedicated to our case and your diligence in finding answers and solutions to the challenges that were presented to us through this process. You made us feel like we were the only ones you were working for, although obviously you have more clients than just us. This is very important and reassuring for investors like us who live out of state.
