Most were only concerned about listing my house and did not bring any offers to the table. After doing my research and finding the Agent who best sold homes in my price range, the choice was evident. Stephannie sold the most home in my price range by far, so we gave her a chance. We had two (2) viable offers the very first day......even with the current higher interest rate market. The house sold for what we listed (as well as where it appraised before) and best of all, sold to a family that it really fits. Stephannie and her "crew" are very knowledgeable, technologically savvy with marketing, and most of all, very nice people. Stephanie is beyond knowledgeable in her job! Approximately 13 years ago we hit a major rough patch in our lives. We tried to sell the current home we were living in to get into something more affordable to us at the time. Our other realtor spent almost 2 years unsuccessfully getting it sold. I found Steph on Facebook, after years apart, we graduated the same year...told her of our situation and she swooped in and got things taken care of and the house short saled, which we did not even know was an option as we thought we'd be headed to bankruptcy. Due to this, we eventually got all our debt paid off on our own terms and now into our final home, almost four years ago. There was so much work to get us out of that house and she was there every step of the way. You won't find a more dedicated realtor that will come at the drop of a hat, as her. I am happy to say with her guidance I was able to sell my house on the same day I listed it and the process of selling it went really smoothly with Stephannie handling all the paperwork and documents. She has the ability to electronically have you sign everything, which made it really easy for me.

Stephannie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She’s sweet, honest, professional, and very responsive and with any questions you may have. We were in a position of buying a selling. She made this extremely stressful process practically painless and quick, and fought to get us the house we wanted.
