Most were only concerned about listing my house and did not bring any offers to the table. After doing my research and finding the Agent who best sold homes in my price range, the choice was evident. Stephannie sold the most home in my price range by far, so we gave her a chance. We had two (2) viable offers the very first day......even with the current higher interest rate market. We tried to sell the current home we were living in to get into something more affordable to us at the time. Our other realtor spent almost 2 years unsuccessfully getting it sold. I found Steph on Facebook, after years apart, we graduated the same year...told her of our situation and she swooped in and got things taken care of and the house short saled, which we did not even know was an option as we thought we'd be headed to bankruptcy.
