Most were only concerned about listing my house and did not bring any offers to the table. After doing my research and finding the Agent who best sold homes in my price range, the choice was evident. Stephannie sold the most home in my price range by far, so we gave her a chance. We had two (2) viable offers the very first day......even with the current higher interest rate market. We tried to sell the current home we were living in to get into something more affordable to us at the time. Our other realtor spent almost 2 years unsuccessfully getting it sold. I found Steph on Facebook, after years apart, we graduated the same year...told her of our situation and she swooped in and got things taken care of and the house short saled, which we did not even know was an option as we thought we'd be headed to bankruptcy. Stephanie Wilson is one of the most knowledgeable real estate professionals in the business. She has advised us in many purchases as investors and sold our properties for top value. We have peaked market value multiple times. She gives 110% on every deal and always makes herself available for anything needed. Buying or selling I would highly recommend giving her a call!!

Stephanie is an amazing realtor. She helped my fiancé and I find our first home a couple months ago! I highly recommend her! She is so patient and considers your wants and needs, and treats you more like family than customers she gives you her opinion and tells you when something is not a good deal as well. We had such a good time going through the process of purchasing our first home with her help.

Stephannie was our realtor for selling our home and buying our new one. She was absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions and completely put our minds at ease with everything. She was able to explain things to us that we could understand. One of the things we loved most about her was her honesty when we viewed homes. She would point out things that may pose an issue for us as homeowners with the structure of the home or other things that may be problematic. She really looked out for us and truly wanted to find us a home we would love! I recommend her to everyone!

I enjoyed working with Stephanie on selling my three properties. She was very professional to work with, diligent and hard-working. Certain circumstances of the titles of my properties made the closing a bit difficult, but Stephanie stuck with it, worked hard to keep the deal together and we got them closed. Stephannie was amazing to work with when it came to selling my house. I spent about a year communicating with her as dates changed and she was always responsive and quick to help. She knows the market well and gives great advice! I am happy to say with her guidance I was able to sell my house on the same day I listed it and the process of selling it went really smoothly with Stephannie handling all the paperwork and documents. She has the ability to electronically have you sign everything, which made it really easy for me.
