UPDATE: There we were, going back to the idea of buying a home again, 5 years later. We called Stephanie because of how amazing our experience was last time. She was quick to respond and just as helpful if not more so than before. Most were only concerned about listing my house and did not bring any offers to the table. After doing my research and finding the Agent who best sold homes in my price range, the choice was evident. Stephannie sold the most home in my price range by far, so we gave her a chance. We had two (2) viable offers the very first day......even with the current higher interest rate market. The house sold for what we listed (as well as where it appraised before) and best of all, sold to a family that it really fits. Stephanie is beyond knowledgeable in her job! Approximately 13 years ago we hit a major rough patch in our lives. We tried to sell the current home we were living in to get into something more affordable to us at the time. Our other realtor spent almost 2 years unsuccessfully getting it sold. I found Steph on Facebook, after years apart, we graduated the same year...told her of our situation and she swooped in and got things taken care of and the house short saled, which we did not even know was an option as we thought we'd be headed to bankruptcy. Due to this, we eventually got all our debt paid off on our own terms and now into our final home, almost four years ago. There was so much work to get us out of that house and she was there every step of the way. You won't find a more dedicated realtor that will come at the drop of a hat, as her. I enjoyed working with Stephanie on selling my three properties. She was very professional to work with, diligent and hard-working. Certain circumstances of the titles of my properties made the closing a bit difficult, but Stephanie stuck with it, worked hard to keep the deal together and we got them closed. I was very happy with the outcome. I will most certainly use Stephanie again in the future and recommend her to anyone needing an effective realtor!
