Stephany is an amazing real estate agent!! She has been our buyer’s and seller’s agent this year. Our purchase was a very specific and complex vacant land purchase. She went above and beyond in researching details and coordinating with contractors to make sure the land would fit our needs. As seller’s agent, she helped us navigate today’s crazy real estate market and we were able to close 5 weeks from list. We have already recommended Stephany to friends and family and would definitely work with her again!

Where should I start? I made the best decision by choosing Stephany as my realtor. She went above and beyond to help me find the best deal, the best house and the best neighborhood for me and my family. She was not just a realtor. She was a friend who was looking out for my interests.
I started looking for a house in March 2021. We looked at several properties and put in several offers, but because of the hot market in Florida, I was not selected. Stephany kept a positive attitude and kept reassuring me that we will find the property that is meant to be for me.
She worked with my busy schedule. Everytime I couldn’t go to a visit, she would go and take a video of the property giving me her honest opinion.
I never felt like I was a transaction/work for her. She made the search fun and exciting, entertained my daughters when I was busy looking at a property. It was like I was doing this whole process with a friend.

On top of all these amazing qualities, Stephany is an excellent negotiator. She has the ability to find the best deals, fighting for your best interests.
