Stephen began his career in the financial industry but has always possessed a passion for architecture and personal residences. He is originally from upstate New York and graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego with a BS in Technology & Education. Time and a strong desire to learn as much as possible about high growth southern cities fed the desire to get into the real estate industry. Stephen spent 19 years as a Broker/Realtor®® in Orlando, Florida, including six years as a managing Broker. After he purchased a second home on Lake Norman in 2017, he earned his real estate license in North and South Carolina and began selling in the Charlotte region.
