A Florida native, Steve brings a tremendous amount of real estate experience to Pristine Properties. Steve's experience began in Country Club Management which led to Country Club Community Development and finally specializing in Recreational Real Estate. Steve has also recently been recognized by the National Association of REALTORS the designation of Green REALTOR and currently serves as the President-Elect for the Okeechobee County Board of Realtors. With offices in Jacksonville, Okeechobee & Delray Beach, Pristine Properties can handle all of your commercial needs. Steve spent most of his youth fishing and hunting with his Granddad and Father on their ranch in Central Florida. It is there where he learned the values of hard work, honest dealings, integrity, and respect for people and their land.
