We give Stephen our highest recommendation. He was our buyer's agent for the purchase of a coop apartment. We were new to this and he was always available to explain things, give advice, and answer our questions. He was super-helpful and knowledgeable with every step along the way, from the negotiations through the application and board approval process, to the closing. He made the process much easier than it would have been without him and we are very thankful that we retained him!

Stephen was terrific. He guided us through the complicated process of buying a NYC coop, always responsive and he really knew how to manage this process. We just moved in and couldn't be happier and we owe that to Stephen's hard work!

Stephen recently helped me sell my uptown studio apartment. At our first meeting, he explained the challenging market and gave me realistic expectations. We also went over what preparations were needed before listing the apartment. All of that was very helpful. The photos and virtual staging he had done were amazing. They exceeded my expectations. So did the time from listing to an acceptable offer.
Stephen was always available for guidance from listing to closing, and he communicates effectively and quickly.
I was very pleased with the entire process, and highly recommend working with Stephen.
