Stephen Moore

Stephen was raised in South Jersey. "Growing up I always loved the fact that if I wanted peace and quiet, I could walk behind my house in the woods and go fishing. But if I wanted the bright lights and noise of the big city, I could take a short drive to Atlantic City or Philadelphia." Having two separate worlds so close together is a unique experience.

Stephen retired from the New Jersey Department of Corrections as a Sergeant in February of 2019 after 21 years of service. He also is a member of the New Jersey Air National Guard and is a part of the 177th Fighter Wing in Egg Harbor Township.

He has been a licensed realtor since 2010 and handled mostly REO/Bank Properties for the first few years of his real estate career until his retirement. "After 21 years in law enforcement I was ready for a change. Becoming a full time Realtor is truly something I enjoy. Helping people find and buy the home of their dreams is an amazing feeling! Buying and selling a home can be a stressful time and I hope my experience of working in pressure situations and my calming presence will help make the home buying process a rewarding one."

Stephen is a Principal Agent with the Dwell Real Estate Team and currently serves as the Regional Director of New Jersey's Compass Military Division which specializes in helping service members relocate across the country.

When not working Stephen enjoys cycling, going to the gym, golfing, and spending time with his beautiful wife and their two amazing daughters.
