Estate Realty Group has an office in Valencia, Ventura, and shares an office with a large law firm in Woodland Hills, where Nicole and Steve attend weekly law meetings in a conference room of a dozen lawyers where they learn in-depth workings of trust and probate cases and are often called upon to help settle the Estates, they are now experts in Trust and Probate Real Estate. Nicole and Steve are known for going above and beyond; they become their clients in their clients’ absence, from small tasks to saving someone from losing their home in days. You will see Steve watering clients’ plants and yards, taking out their trash, or hauling leftover items away, while Nicole can be seen setting up large Estate sales to liquidate for a trust sale. When their clients need them, they are always a phone call away as professionals or often as a friend and shoulder to cry on.

Nicole and Steve understand the value of giving back and investing time and energy in their community. They grew one of Santa Clarita’s most significant charity events into a giant, successful event founded by Nicole 10 years ago, allowing them to donate hundreds of thousands of dollars; they have passed the torch and are now brainstorming their next big thing. Nicole resides on many boards and committees, earning her recognition amongst her peers.

They also have a passion for flipping homes and designing them; they enjoy traveling, discovering new restaurants, entertaining friends, family, and clients, cooking-gardening, and being by the beach where they currently have a place in Ventura, where weekend getaways are often mixed with developing their business and maybe relaxing a bit with their two kids, Bugsy and Milo, both rescue dogs that they adore. They own and operate a growing property management business that, like their real estate, serves all of LA and Ventura counties.
