Stephen Yingling

A graduate of Penn State University, Steve has been licensed to sell real estate in the State of Ohio since 1979 and in South Carolina since 2008. He has sold a variety of properties including single family homes, both new construction and resale, vacant land, condominiums and duplexes. Steve is an Owner-Partner in Keller Williams Realty Greater Cleveland, founded in 2002.

Steve is a past President of the Geauga County Association of REALTORS (1997) and the Lake & Geauga Area Association of REALTORS in 2003-2004 In 2010 Steve was honored with the John Reithoffer Service and Dedication Award by the Lake & Geauga Area Association of REALTORS.

Steve is committed to the community in which he lives and works. He served as Treasurer for the Kenston Foundation, a non-profit educational foundation established to raise funds for educational enrichment programs, such as scholarships and teacher grants, in the Kenston School System. He recently served on the Bainbridge Township Zoning Board.

Steve is also a published real estate columnist in the Spirit of Bainbridge newspaper.
