Steve Allison

Originally from Stratford-upon-Avon, England, Steve’s move to Florida in 1995 was driven by his love of the Naples lifestyle and community. Steve is a real estate professional with over 35 years of experience in property development, finances, mortgages, and consulting international buyers.

Steve has lived in Germany where he worked with American diplomats, the U.S. Military, and ultimately as the European Director for Overseas Military Sales. He has operated a mortgage brokerage and served as the Director of Perspective Finance Limited. His passion has always been in real estate where he has partnered with the development of projects as large as 32 units, and several single-family homes.

Steve’s wife was born in America but raised abroad in a U.S. Military family. They have three wonderful grown children; a daughter who runs her own small business in Naples, a son who is a Collier County fire fighter, and the youngest son who attends Florida State University. The cornerstone in his life has always been hard work, integrity, and honesty, which have been the critical elements to the success in his family life and his career.

In Steve’s practice of real estate he is known for his great customer service, his ability to quickly interpret his clients’ needs and wants, and his consistent communication with all parties involved. He is extremely knowledgeable to exactly what is essential to successfully complete a transaction whether buying or selling, and equally familiar with all that is involved to complete international transactions. Making your experience positive is his main goal.
