Steve Black

In 1993, Steve Black decided that he had an interest in real estate. He was working in the nursing field and had always been told nurses make good real estate agents, so he signed up to take the course NC Fundamentals of Real Estate. He graduated from the class and sat for the North Carolina Board and received his “Big Envelope” stating he passed his NC Real Estate Exam in February of 1994.

Steve started his career in real estate shortly afterward as a part-time in a general brokerage. In 2016, he decided to participate in real estate full-time. He joined American Dream Properties in which from June until December, he sold 1.3MM in real estate.

In 2017, he started Down South Realty, his own company, and has sold millions since.
