About Steve

I became interested in real estate at a very young age and knew I would be in the industry at some time in my life. I attended The Ohio State University studying Electrical Engineering and also The University of Akron where I received an Accounting agree. I moved to Atlanta in 2002 finally calling Brookhaven home. Licensed in 2003, I did my first transaction immediately with a large firm.

I knew then I wanted to change the way I myself did real estate, to something new and fresh with a more personal approach. I started Boyce Real Estate Group in 2010 and it has been an amazing experience. I have worked in many industries before, during, and after college from construction to the medical field, and apply this skill set daily to my passion of real estate sales.

I believe the customer comes first, always, and strive to make people happy with their dreams of finding the perfect home, or a smooth sale to the next stage in life. I specialize in single family homes as well as condos in Brookhaven, Buckhead, Midtown, all of Metro Atlanta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Canton, Johns Creek, Lawrenceville, Dahlonega, Duluth and more!! Steve was my buyer agent. He good a good understanding of what we were looking for in a mountain retirement home. We lived out of state but he would notify us of potential homes to consider. Do to the hot market he would get us an appointment ASAP for a viewings. He walked us through the process and advised us on the various aspects of the offer and negotiations. We finally found the perfect place within our price range and now are looking forward to Living The Dream. Thank you Steve.
