When my mom died, we had the task of selling her condo. It was a difficult time and we had no idea how it should be done with her estate. Our Estate Attorney recommended Steve Charlett as our realtor since he is very knowledgeable in this area. The whole process was as stress-free as possible. At closing, he told us exactly what would take place and what forms were necessary to close in the estate. He was able to answer any questions and made sure everything our Estate Attorney requested was met. He was the best and we would highly recommend Steve!
