About Steve

I'm Steve Goodman (Licensed in Real Estate since 2004). I'm a Partner/Member on The Pope Team at Pinnacle Estate Properties. Our Team (Merry Pope, Steve Goodman and Holly Ackerman) formed in 2009, during one of the more challenging economic periods of time- since the depression. We helped many customers to avoid Foreclosures via Short Sales. Also, worked with REO's (Real Estate Owned by Bank) in marketing those properties to the public and to realtors. We've been fortunate to see an improved economy and excellent interest rates. Our Buyer's Agent/Partner, Holly Ackerman specializes in helping buyers to achieve their objectives of home ownership or moving up to another home.
