After many visits as a child from the 70's to the early 90's, Steve moved to Vail in 1993 for the reasons most of them come here: to ski and enjoy the mountain lifestyle. When he is not selling property, Steve enjoys skiing, tennis, biking, hiking, travel and an array of other activities. He sits on the board at his church, Calvary Chapel Vail Valley, and spent several years on the board of Vail Christian Academy. He also participates in an advisory committee in his community homeowner's association. Steve resides in Edwards with his wife, Deana, their two boys, and a couple lively terriers. In 1996, Steve entered the real estate profession as a sales team member for the Hyatt Mountain Lodge in Beaver Creek. After the successful launch of this project, Steve joined a local real estate firm and formed his own development company. He constructed, managed, sold and leased dozens of properties throughout the area. In 2000, he joined Prudential Colorado Properties in Lionshead at the base of Vail Mountain. Since then, Steve has been a consistent Top Producer, 8-time member of the top-tier Chairman's Circle, and in 2010 and 2014, the company's top producing Vail broker. In 2013, Prudential Colorado Properties became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties. The franchise has brought renewed excellence, support and brand recognition for the company's clients. Steve now focuses on assisting buyers and sellers throughout the entire Vail Valley from Vail and Beaver Creek to Minturn, Avon, Arrowhead, Edwards, and Eagle.
