Steve Mode

Let me introduce myself, My name is Steve Mode and I am currently a licensed Real Estate Broker/Owner with Wayne Hayes Real Estate in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. I wasn't always a Real Estate Agent, I started out as a Carpenter/Contractor and a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT in my hometown and grew to love the firefighting! I switched roles a bit and became a career Firefighter with the City of Eau Claire Wi. FD for a couple of years but ended up for 27 Years with the North Shore Fire Dept. in Milwaukee County. On my days off my wife and I did historic restorations of old homes , specializing in Cream City Brick homes. When I retired from the Fire Service I earned my real estate license in 2013. I have been with Wayne Hayes Real Estate LLC ever since. My other passion is running a non-profit group in Fort Atkinson called , "Friends of Haumerson's Pond". We provide capitol improvements for Bark River Nature Park in Fort Atkinson on a volunteer basis. I love my job as a real estate agent, especially helping people navigate a somewhat confusing and emotional process of finding a home. We serve anywhere in Wisconsin but focus mainly on Fort Atkinson, Jefferson, Whitewater, Lake Mills, Cambridge and anywhere in Jefferson, Rock, Walworth or Waukesha Counties.
