I have worked with many real estate agents and Steve is the best one I have worked with. He is highly knowledgeable, goes out of his way in all aspects (he even took care of moving huge furniture) and really makes every aspect of the transaction smooth making you feel safe. I highly recommend him.

Steve is amazing! I was a first-time homebuyer, and had a lot of dreams, including having a specific neighborhood and architectural style in mind. I can imagine that in the extremely hot market another realtor may have talked me down in order to move more quickly and effectively within my budget. But all Steve said was “all you need is one!” We toured relentlessly over 5 months—Steve’s knowledge, cheer, and snacks made it both fun and an incredible learning experience. When we found “the one,” Steve moved immediately into a different gear, giving me invaluable advice about the timing and content of the offer. That it was accepted still seems impossible to me. Even after this remarkable achievement, there was so much to do in such a short timeframe, and some surprises, but Steve’s professionalism and contacts delivered everything on time. Everyone he introduced me to was a consummate professional, every discussion we had taught me something—my favorite has to be the long conversation we had going over the history of how my home and neighborhood was originally planned. Steve is not only extremely effective, but is also extremely generous—with his time, knowledge, expertise—and Rolodex! I would highly, highly recommend him!

I was referred to Steve by my best friend, who in turn was referred by a long-time work colleague. Steve worked with me for almost two years to help me find my home. We saw dozens and dozens of houses, from Encino Village to Pasadena. And in all that time, I never once felt like I was too demanding, or asked banal or obvious questions, which in his 40+ years of experience he must have heard countless times. Steve always makes you feel like you're his priority, and in the occasional moment that you're not, it's only because there's a line of people demanding his attention.

From the moment I began working with him, it was clear he was a wealth of knowledge - about building codes, lot lines, specific crack patterns in foundations, weatherproofing, landscaping... everything. But the encyclopedia in his brain is tempered by a professional, humble demeanor and easy sense of humor. It's no easy task to find the right home in any market, let alone Los Angeles in its current state. But Steve was always there to answer questions, adjust expectations, discuss financing, strategize negotiations, and walk me through everything from financing to purchase agreements to inspection reports to closing escrow documents.

This is the second property I have purchased in my life, and I just scoff at how little I knew the first time around. Sometimes you just don't know what you don't know. Even though I am buying at the height of the market, I will always be grateful to Steve for making this as easy as it could possibly have been; he is at the pinnacle of his profession and you would be lucky to retain his services.

I cannot stress this enough, Steve is AMAZING.

We were first time home buyers in a crazy market and we needed to find a home in a very short time frame. When we started looking it became quickly apparent we needed help and Steve came highly recommended from one of my wife's co-workers. From day one our nightmare turned into an amazing experience full of important and useful tips and information. Steve taught us everything we needed to look for, what repairs/upgrades that were needed would cost, and he walked us through every single step in the process so we never once felt like we didn't know what was going on. He guided us through the offer/counter steps and provided accurate and helpful data and assessments on each property we looked at so we knew where to come in on price knowing we weren't blindly throwing cash away trying to secure a home we loved.

He set up and led us through the inspections and closing in a way that empowered us and gave us the reassurance that we were covering all our bases and taking care of every tiny detail that needed attention before we got the keys to our new home.

We are thrilled with our new home and if we ever are in the market to buy/sell again, Steve will be our first call.

Steve is a WOW of a real estate agent.  Not only is he INSANELY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the valley, his is a JOY to work with.  We interviewed several agents, and Steve was clearly in love with what he did, happy to share tips and tricks even before we engaged him, and his head was so full of useful information about the valley, the process and the industry that we had an easy time making a decision.  And it only got better from there!  Steve guided us through some gnarly situations, always giving sound advice, advocated for us strategically and smartly, and honestly made a very stressful process as low-stress as is possible.  Walking through houses with him it's clear he knows how to evaluate whether a house is a potential money pit or if it's sound and strong.  He knew neighborhoods off the top of his head, could point out things we would have never thought of and just made the whole process clear and easy.  He also has amazing resources and connections that make the process easy-- he can pull a rabbit out of a hat and magically make the rush estimate we need happen.  He goes the extra mile and gets things done!  But honestly, that's just the smart reasons to choose Steve-- the REAL reason to choose Steve is because of his heart.  His heart is truly in the process for you.  He cares deeply about his clients (I'd like to say friends) and goes the extra mile to offer support, guidance, a laugh when it's needed and those extra touches that made house hunting enjoyable.  We are truly grateful we found Steve, and genuinely hope to have him in our lives forever!  And CERTAINLY for any other real estate transactions!!
