Originally from the UK, with an MBA from Sheffield Business School and over 25 years in business development and senior management roles in the UK Banking and Insurance sectors. Steve is an experienced real estate expert with extensive knowledge of construction, mortgages / financing, investment analysis and property management.

With an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Florida Real Estate market Steve has represented and guided hundreds of overseas clients buying and selling residential and commercial real estate in Central Florida over the last 17 years and provides a professional and pragmatic approach to property investment.

Emigrated to Florida in 2004, he has first-hand experience of US Immigration requirements. A member of the IBBA (International Business Brokers Assoc.) and the BBF (Business Brokers of Florida) Steve has assisted fellow Entrepreneurs purchasing businesses and emigrating to Florida to live the American Dream. As part of his continued to commitment to the international market he also holds DIPC certification (Dubai International Property Consultant).

Currently serving his second two-year term as Chairman of the Four Corners Area Council under the Kissimmee / Osceola Chamber of Commerce he is proud to lead the One Vision initiative working to bring together Polk, Lake Orange, and Osceola counties to address issues relevant to the growth, development, and economic health of the Four Corners area.

Active in the East Polk County Association of Realtors he served a three-year term as a board member (2018-20) was elected as President in 2021 and continues to represent the Association at Stellar MLS and Florida Realtors.
