Steve Stolipher serves as a Senior Advisor for OakCrest Commercial and a Licensed Real Estate Auctioneer in VA and WV. He is skilled in real estate management, land development, entitlements, infrastructure development, REO, office and retail sales.

Prior to joining OakCrest Commercial Real Estate, Steve was a Commercial/Residential Banker. He worked with lending institutions across the Country and won many top producer awards.

Steve attended Shepherd University majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Economics. He is a lifelong resident of Jefferson County, West Virginia. In addition to his real estate and land development experience, Steve is also very familiar with the regulatory processes as he has been a member of the Jefferson County Planning Commission since 2012 and was chairman in 2014 and 2015. Steve is currently a liaison member of the Planning Commission for the Jefferson County Development Authority. He has also been very active in the community, participating in organizations such as the Comprehensive Plan Committee in the City of Charles Town.
