Steve Voytilla

Steve joined the office of Hill & Homes in the Summer of 1988. Next year will be his 30th anniversary with the same office. Unlike a lot of agents that jump from office to office he has spent his entire Real Estate career at Hill & Homes of which he has very much enjoyed. The first 29 years is only the beginning. Steve currently spends most of his time selling homes to repeat customers that he has enjoyed helping for the past 29 years. He also has been building new homes for the past several years and am currently building homes in Pear Park North at 30 & D 1/2 Road, a subdivision that he developed. Steve has also listed and sold a lot of homes for wonderful people that needed to sell their home prior to purchasing a new home.
