His real estate career commenced in 1991 following the sale of United Limo, his former business venture where he partnered with his father for a decade. After starting as an agent and eventually establishing his own office, Steve became a founding partner of another local real estate company. Actively involved in various aspects of the local MLS and serving as a Director, Treasurer, and MLS President for the Association of Realtors, Steve actively engages with his community through organizations such as South Bend Rotary and other non-profits. Most of his business is derived from repeat clients and referrals from satisfied clients and agents. Steve's commitment to enhancing his service quality for clients is evident through his educational achievements, including a bachelor's degree in accounting, certifications in relocation buyer representation, buyer representation (ABR), fine homes sales, commercial/investment real estate training, and more.
