About Stevee

Originally from Minnesota, Stevee relocated to Charlotte in the late 1990's and first ventured into real estate in 2004 when she and her husband started as a real estate investors. She became a residential real estate broker in 2011, was the Rookie of the Year in 2012 and has been a top producing agent since her first year in the business. Stevee is committed to providing the intimate knowledge and impeccable guidance that allows her to negotiate her clients' transactions.

Her greatest skill, undoubtedly carried over from her time as a physician assistant, is creating relationships with her clients that are comfortable, friendly and above all, rooted in trust. "In today's real estate market, it has become increasingly important for real estate agents to expertly analyze current market trends to help their clients maximize their investments," explains Baskerville. "My goal is to earn my clients' business for life."
When not with clients, Stevee spends time in her neighborhood, Myers Park, with her husband and children. She loves to walk her dog, Molly, ride bikes to local restaurants and shops, and travel with friends and family.
