Steven Hartung

I’ve been active in the housing industry for over 30 years and have extensive experience in multi-family property management. I’m a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and currently hold the designation of a Certified Property Manager.

Lived in Central Minnesota for 38 years and continue to live in the area. Graduated from Sartell High School. Went to the Brainerd Community College receiving a Associates degree. Then transferred to St. Cloud State University graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications with an emphasis in business and marketing. The summer before graduation I did an internship with Rohlfing Beverage in Brainerd selling Kandiyohi bottle water. Which required contacting business throughout Brainerd and the surrounding areas. Providing me with a strong foundation in sales and marketing, which has helped me throughout my real estate experiences.

Now I am excited to put my knowledge of multi-family property management to great use in assisting with the sale and purchase of residential real estate and income property throughout Central Minnesota.

Outside of the office I have a passion for golf and the outdoors, especially in the Randall area.
