About Steven

Steven Henry lives in the Dupont/Logan Circle neighborhood and has been a DC resident for over 40 years as well as a Real Estate Professional since 2006. He has made the Washingtonian Magazine Top Producer list annually. He holds an Associate Broker License in District of Columbia and Virginia as well as a Salesperson license in the State of Maryland. We worked with Steven recently to purchase our first home in Maryland. Steven made the entire process incredibly easy for us. This was our first home purchase together and we were moving from another state on a short time line. Steven was available every step of the way to answer the many questions we had, he responded quickly, lined up multiple viewings around our schedule, and gave excellent advice. He was extremely thorough at every home we looked at, pointing out things we wouldn't have thought to look for. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients (for instance, scheduling a pre-inspection with less than a days notice, walking through every line of the offer contract, answering emails while out of the country). It was in large part because of him that the first home we made an offer on was accepted. We cannot recommend Steven enough!
