My wife and I needed to sell our home due to age-related failing health issues. We needed immediate assistance as we were soon to be paying a very high assisted living rent as well as our mortgage and HOA. Knowing the high quality of the Kentwood brand due to their involvement in the recent selling and buying of our daughter and son-in-law's homes, we called for help. Steven and his wife and colleague Sandy came to the rescue. Within three days of the listing we had a buyer with a great offer. Within the month we closed the deal. We were looking for a 2nd commuter home close to Boulder and Steven helped us find the perfect place! We provided our general guidelines to Steven and Sandy on Monday and within day, they had sent a list of places to review online. Once we picked our favorites, Steven took us to view the selections on Thursday. Steven has the in-depth knowledge about the area to explain positives and negatives of each location/home and helped us find exactly what we wanted. He showed us alternatives in several areas, and we found the winner on the first day! He worked with the seller's agent on the price and the offer was accepted by the seller that weekend. Steven and his team helped with every step of the process and everything went smoothly. We closed on the home in 3 weeks! Thank you Steven and Sandy for all your advice and expertise!

Steven and Sandy are by far the best team out there, hands down!
