I have been in Real Estate in the Foothills since 1990. First as a title Representative, for First American Title and North American Title and then I became a Realtor in 1998 I passed my Broker's test in 2006. I'm not "selling" my clients anything, but rather of helping them. For Sellers I identify the strengths and weaknesses of their property. Then I propose a plan to enhance those strengths and correct those weaknesses. I then prepare a marketing approach to attract the best Buyer and execute that plan and always keeping the Seller updated. For a Buyer the first step is helping to establish what they want and best match that with their finances. I show the Buyer the best available homes and get their feedback. Then I search for just the right property. Nothing is more satisfying than walking into that one house and calling your client to them you have found their home, then asking them, "When do you want to take look?" I really enjoy helping Sellers to develop a marketing plan that produces the top dollar attainable. I also like helping buyers find that perfect home. It is one of the most rewarding and fun aspects of my job. Honesty and integrity are my top priority. I will never be a pushy Realtor.
