Steven was first introduced to the world of Real Estate while still in college at UT Austin and has kept on that path ever since. Now, 17 years later, with a multitude of transactions under his belt and his highest sale coming in at $5.75 million, he has developed into a seasoned expert in the field of Austin Real Estate and construction. Steven's expertise and insight into the Real Estate market come from years of experience working with high-end buyers and sellers, a comprehensive understanding of finances and economic trends, and from fostering close relationships with notable vendors and contractors on multiple projects in which he took on the role of developer.

While not a native-born Texan (he was born in NY and moved to Austin at age 10 with his family), Steven is a connoisseur of all things Austin. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from UT Austin, his parents and extended family still live in the area, and he has begun raising a beautiful family of his own in the centrally located Allandale neighborhood. His roots may reach back to the northeast, but they are also firmly planted in Austin’s limestone and the Texas red dirt. His passion for Real Estate is rivaled only by his love of the culinary arts- especially BBQ. I’m not saying Franklin needs to watch his back, but he would be sweating if Steven ever chose to veer from the Real Estate career path. Those burnt ends are real deal closers.
