Steven Rothstein

Steven Rothstein knows that real estate isn't just business, it’s an art.

The proud native Los Angelino has a background in music as a songwriter, performer, touring artist, and record label employee, but comes from a family that does development and house flipping, so his knowledge base encompasses the best of both worlds.

I think my general creative spirit and temperament lends itself to a unique view of aesthetics and architecture, says Rothstein. I have skills and knowledge from flipping that can help guide certain buyers who want to flip or develop. I can also offer a unique perspective to a city full of music and film industry people.

As a native, Rothstein has developed a great local network, and can sell anywhere but has done business mostly in Beverly Hills, Hancock Park, and Century City. "I pride myself on diligence and being a very good and effective communicator. I keep in close contact with my clients and really listen to their needs and wants so I can deliver the results they are looking for," Rothstein says. "I care tremendously about my clients and their satisfaction from a business perspective, but also about their general happiness and most of all, earning their trust."

In his spare time, Rothstein enjoys spending time with his family of six, all of whom live and work in Los Angeles.
