Steven was amazing! The market here is crazy and Steven advocated for us so hard. He scheduled showings for every house we wanted to see. There was one in particular that had no more showings available and he went above and beyond to get us in to see it. In seconds we knew it was the one for us and he was able to successfully negotiate us our dream house! I can’t say enough about him, his professionalism, knowledge of houses and the area is top notch. He answered every question we had thoroughly and is stellar at his job. We feel so grateful to have found him and can’t recommend him enough.

Looking for a house to buy nowadays is pretty challenging. We went to Coldwell bankers and talk to Steven verts, this guy really knows what he's doing. He helped us find a home, after showing many available houses on the market. He worked with us all the way to the end. Steven and Coldwell bankers I feel when above and beyond to help us out. Steve is the best out there! He really cares about his clients, is passionate about his work and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new house as you can tell when speaking to him he know his stuff inside and out .

We were in a huge time crunch finidng a house as our rental was going up for sale . We contacted him and he went to work straight away letting us know what would work for us . He literally went over every inch of the house looking for possible discrepancies making sure what we were getting into was right for us . He worked hard with the mortgage company we were working with to get everything done on time .

Steven sold 2 properties for me in a year. His pictures stood out the most and I feel this is what made both places sell so fast. He was very easy to get a hold of no matter the day or time. It made things very easy since I work nights and weekends. The number of hits I got the first week really surprised me and there was a detailed spreadsheet of who was looking and viewing my properties. If have a very difficult time using anyone else for my home buying and selling needs.

I am a firs time home buyer, I started with a different realtor from Coldwell Banker and right away started with a very bad experience. The realtor was late for our first meeting, when he got to the office he was not prepared, he set me up with an account and told me the basics, he had no time for questions afterwards, so I left confused and wondering is this a good idea, is this a sign I should not buy a home?
After a few days from the visit I had with the realtor I saw a home online I wanted to look at and contacted the realtor, I left a voicemail and sent a text the next day since I did not hear from him. A week passed and nothing. I spoke to one of my co-workers who just went through the homebuying process. She gave me the number of “Red Beard” and told me to call him and raved about how good he was at his job. I was hesitant, a week passed, and I decided to e-mail Steven (and no I still haven’t heard from the other “realtor”). Steven e-mailed me back the same day and asked me questions and respected I was unable to call him at that time due to work. I gave him information on the home I was interested in and not even a whole day went by and he had sent me very detailed information on the home! Many homes later we found one, thanks to Steven. He always came EXTRA prepared which was amazing! Knowing he had many other expertise was a plus, he would give me his honest opinion as to why I shouldn’t buy a certain home or what to look out for if I was interested in a certain one. I asked many repetitive questions and he always answered them anyways, he was patient and never pushy which is what I needed since buying a home is such a huge step in one’s life. I appreciate all his help and I am very happy with my purchase.

I was retired just waiting for the wife to retire too so we could move down south. Redbeard made sure that everything went as smooth as possible with the showings, offer, home inspection, and title company stuff. I know I called him upset a couple times wondering why all these buyers wouldn't buy my home. He came over and calmly talked to me about what we could do to make sure we would sell faster. It was the same stuff he talked about before listing the home, so I guess we should have just done everything then. I was happy when he was able to sell the house right after we changed a couple things he talked about. If you plan on buying or selling a home in the Fox Valley area, I highly recommend Redbeard.
