I was in a bind and needed to sell asap, and I'm glad I found Stewart to help me! I wanted to get my condo sold before the end of the year and wasn't having luck with my other agent. When I hired Stewart, he immediately got to work helping me organize and plan for the quickest sale possible. He coached me through pricing, hired a clean out crew, and was on hand for all of my questions during the process. In the end, I sold in less than one week for $167,5k even though my previous agent said my unit wasn't even worth $150k. My wife and I may have a little different story than most others. Had It not been for Stewart Ramirez, the ending could have turned out far differently for us . . . catastrophically! Without boring anyone with details, I just want everyone to know our experience: It may help someone in the future.

My wife and I had found a home we wanted. We are both in our 70's. At the time we wanted to buy, our agent was not available because of a medical situation. We could have waited - but could we have? We thought we would lose the opportunity to make an offer and buy.

We could have used an agent we didn't know, or we could have used Stewart as our agent even though he was the agent for the Seller. I guess there were permissions that were needed but once we met Stewart in person, we felt so comforted because of the type of man that he is - that we chose to use him.

I am sure there are ethical, and possibly legal, reasons both sides cannot use the same agent but in this case we absolutely made the right decision. We (and the seller) found Stewart to be knowledgeable, fair, professional, and trustworthy to navigate a tricky map of roads (some a little bumpy) to make sure both sides were happy and financially taken care of . . . fairly!

If you need an agent to sell or buy, there are very few people I have met in my many years of life that I would trust and recommend as highly as I would Stewart Ramirez!

We have bought and sold through Stewart. We have done over a million dollars in transactions. He was very helpful in finding our next stage dream house and selling our kids and family house. The house we had was full of great memories, but it was time to move on.
I was first doubtful of Stewart, as I am of most Realtors. They promise the moon and stars but give you a rainy day in November. Yet, Stewart was different. He told us what we needed to do to sell our house and even helped out physically and with some good contractors to boot. I've been working with Stewart on various real estate endeavors since he sold my wife's home in 2015. During this time we've bought, sold, and rented a few places and all have been an easy process- Even with our new property out of state! The best thing about Stewart is that he has a whole team to help you every step of the way. He has a great legal group, loan folks, an inspector, radon guy, cleanout crew- He has someone for everything you need! When we were selling my wife's home he and his wife and one of his other agents helped us with a lot- They cleaned, staged, organized, helped move furniture, and Stewart repaired several things himself like installing multiple light fixtures, arranging new carpet to be put in, replacing a toilet, and more. Stewart helped us re-locate back the area from the SE part of the country. There were many last minute trips to view houses on the market and due to the homes selling so fast we had to act quickly. Stewart took it all in stride and leveraged his team to help accommodate us all the way through closing. As others have mentioned he does not pressure you into making a decision and will provide opinions only when asked, better letting you make the choice. I got randomly matched with Stewart through Zillow. Honestly, I am the type of consumer who rigorously examines all of my options and plans out the optimal ways to get what I want. So I didn't mind just rolling the dice on a realtor since, in the worst case scenario, I would be able to manage on my own if necessary. When we learned that our family was going to be expanding, we knew we needed to move out of our small apartment. We began to looking at homes on Zillow, and just out of complete luck were assigned to work with Stewart. This was the first home buying process for my wife and I, and we had no idea what to expect.

After meeting Stewart, we were both put completely at ease. Stewart felt like an old friend that I had known for many years after the very first encounter. like many others have said, not only did he make great suggestions, he was incredibly transparent, and talked us out of homes that he felt weren't up to par with what we were looking for. Even better, his responsiveness to us was remarkable. We were looking at homes that we saw online, in almost every case, the very next day after contacting Stewart (if not the same day!) For the home we now live in, we contacted Stewart at 4pm, and then we were looking at the house by 2pm the next day and immediately put in an offer. If it wasn't for his speediness, we might not have landed this house.

Another thing to mention here: we took a number of months off from looking from homes, yet the minute we contacted Stewart again about continuing our search, he was right back to it with us. He catered to us; sometimes we had to bring our young kids or other family members to the homes - not an easy task! The housewarming gift he and his wife got us was the cherry on top.

Thanks again Stewart. Though we don't plan to move for quite a long time, you'll be the first one we contact for our next house.

Stewart was an amazing agent for us! We weren’t familiar with him when he was first recommended to us, but within a few moments of speaking to him we knew he was our guy. He answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, he made fantastic recommendations for us, he allowed us to see places for ourselves but also gave great opinions when he thought we might be in a little too deep on a place, he scheduled places same day and was always moving at our pace, and, lastly, he wasn’t afraid to get down and dirty to check on a furnace manufacturer date or the condition of the foundation. Even after we signed our contract, Stewart connected us with all the best Inspectors, Lawyers, and anyone else we needed. At the very end he and his wife even made us a personalized centerpiece to take into our new home. I cannot say enough about how great he was for us and I would recommend him to anyone no matter what price range or size you’re looking to get into. He treated us as if we were moving into a million dollar home.

We were first time home buyers when we found Stewart Ramirez. To be honest, I was very hesitant about the whole process. With COVID happening, uncertainty in the economy, and being new to this whole process, it felt incredibly intimidating and uncertain to me. We decided to go ahead and just look, and I can say with complete enthusiasm and relief that we lucked out that we found Stewart! Not only is he incredibly experienced and knowledgeable about all of the locations we were looking and the details of each home, he helped guide our search and gave valuable advice to avoid pitfalls and find a home that truly suited our needs and budget. He is honest, direct, and clear in his communications and very responsive and was patient with all of our newbie home-buyer questions. There were times in the process I wanted to back out, and Stewart was honest with me, knowing our situation and with a thorough understanding of the market, he helped me see how we really COULD make this work. Stewart is also connected with a network of professionals in the home-buying industry that are highly experienced, efficient, and supportive. When I look back at this whole process, I am amazed at how smoothly it went when I have heard some horror stories from friends and family members about their own home buying experiences. I would recommend Stewart to anyone who is looking to buy a home. He was very clear and responsive to my requests for information or help. Highly professional in dealing with the sales aspects and issues that came across through the buying process. We found a last-minute issue during our final walkthrough and Stewart was the first to call it out and immediately contact the attorneys to get it resolved or compensated reasonably. He also went the extra mile and came in at night to help me with a carpeting issue we found in the basement just before closure and also surprised us with a gift at closure. Thank you, Stewart!

Success !! Each and every step I took with Stewart and his team was a success, especially in the middle of a pandemic. I would whole heartedly recommend Stewart. Stewart was exceptional, I was moving from out of state back home to Illinois, and he was even able to find us a realtor to assist in selling our home, through a partnering agent, which our home sold fairly quickly. Our search criteria changed multiple times here in Illinois due to many factors during COVID, I mean multiple times, as the pandemic had shown us some challenging times. Stewart at one point had houses to show us to rent, if unable to find a home to purchase upon our request. Stewart did video tours, shown up for inspections (yes more than one as some homes were not meant to be ours), he went above and beyond any one family could ask. Our criteria of home searches changed on price, on location, and our goals, numerous times. Stewart had patience, as we continued to evolve in what location and price point during the most difficult time in our era. With a large family, and a few furry legged family members we needed to make sure that the house met the majority of the items we were looking for. He has great negotiation skills, and gave honest feedback. He and his team are truly one of a kind. Our family has now been in our home for a week, and we are truly blessed, as we move on to the next step, but will be truly grateful for everything, time and patience Stewart gave us during a very difficult and trying time.

Stewart helped me sell my mother's home and helped us find your "perfect forever home" that we are looking to retire in. Stewart Ramirez and his team took on the sale of my home with verve and gusto! Sold my home in less than 9 months where in my area and in my subdivision the average is 12 months for a sale of a home. He went above and beyond the call of agent duty as my college age children were in the home at time of putting the house up for sale but the adults were across the country! Then upon the college age children leaving and the home was empty he took care of EVERYTHING that needed to looked after and done to the home based on feedback from other agents showing the home and also from potential home buyers. The team did an excellent job and it was very much appreciated.

This is our first home buying experience. We started off with popular a listing site, but soon realized that they lacked the basic knowledge of answering some of the questions first time buyers have. Then we found Stewart through Zillow and reached out to him for a home tour. He was very quick to understand our requirements, limitations and provided the right information that helped us to make quick decisions during the home search and buying process. He is very patient, professional and thorough in his approach. He provided us great insights during our home tours answering every question we had and also provided honest feedback on the homes. I can't say enough good things about Stewart and his wife Jodie!
We wanted to up-size our house and had to buy and sell at the same time, and found Stewart through Zillow to help with the process.
On the buy side, he was very knowledgeable about... pretty much everything! school, home modifications, market trend, legal, etc. He was also very responsive and willing to accommodate with our schedules for the showings, and we ended up with a house that checks all the boxes.
His wife Jodie knows everything about interior design and she was able to tell us what's good and bad about a house just by looking at pictures on Zillow, which saved us a lot of time by cutting our showing lists shorter.
On the sell side, Stewart and Jodie helped us with the staging and scanned our whole house to create a 3D walk through for the buyers to look at. Stewart is a great negotiator, he has a good handle on the process and created demand and urgency among potential buyers, and we ended up with a cash buyer who paid the asking price.
Lastly, Stewart also introduced us to his lender, lawyer, and handyman, who were all wonderful to work with, with very reasonable pricing.
Stewart and his team took a lot of stress off of our shoulders, and we can't ask for a better outcome than this. Would highly recommend Stewart to anyone who is looking for a great realtor!

Perfect for first time home buyers!! Actually perfect for any type of home buyer! Stewart helped me out buying my first home. He was very patient with my thousands of questions(being a first time buyer I had no idea what I was doing) and always responded faster that I had hoped. The house he found me appraised for $20,000 more than I paid! Don't believe me? I'll prove it! Now 3 it's worth $60,00 more than I paid!! I found the house on a Tuesday and the house was mine the very next day. (closing and financing came later of course). I didn't have to do much of anything. We were fortunate enough to work with Stewart who was patient over the year it took us to find the perfect place. Once we began the negotiating process, Stewart protected us every step of the way- He helped us secure a good purchase price, was present and involved in each step of the inspection and the ensuing repairs, made recommendations, gave advice, and was always available for our concerns and questions (I was also traveling back and forth to India during this whole time, so he was really nice about taking calls at odd hours!) We also had a horrible experience with our lender that almost ruined our purchase, but luckily Stewart recommended an excellent loan officer who was able to step in and help us in the middle of it all- Without both of their help and guidance, our deal could've gone South quickly! It was a difficult decision for me to
sell my home, and I believe I chose the best realtor to help me through everything. Stewart and Jodie were a great team, very knowledgeable and personable. They started by going through my house and preparing a list of things I needed to
do to sell fast and get the best price. They came back again to help me rearrange my furniture and even do minor repairs (I needed all the help I could get!) What they couldn't do they had referrals for me to call for additional help. They made the whole process
