Stuart Levitas

Astound Real Estate and Property Management was founded by Stuart Levitas, Realtor, CCRM, JD. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and has been involved in real estate and property management for over fourteen years. He has a Law degree as a Juris Doctor. Stuart has owned properties since 1986.

Stuart has a proven history of success in the East Bay property management industry. He honed his skills as a Director of the Rental Housing Association of Northern Alameda County. In that capacity, he taught classes on effective ways to manage property to rental property owners and property managers. He organized and developed the RHANAC Annual Trade Show & Expo now in its eighth year. He brings passion, knowledge and commitment to his rental owners. He manages single family homes, multi-plex units and HOAs.

Stuart is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Bay East Association of Realtors, National Apartment Association and the East Bay Rental Housing Association. He holds a certification as a California Certified Resident Manager.
