Almost everyone has or will have the opportunity to work with a Realtor. My first experiences with Realtors were rather forgettable. They got me through the transaction but I felt in the end I knew almost as much as they did, since I had many unanswered questions that I ended up finding the answers to myself which was rather disconcerting.

She was professional, knew the answers to my questions or found them out quickly, assessed my needs, gave me pertinent advice, and gave me a sense of security that I was in good hands and could rely on her to. WOW, who knew?? Whenever I needed her--now or in the future--she was happy to help and would serve me well. The key word here is SERVE ~ Webster defines "serve" as "to be of use; to furnish or supply with something needed or desired; to contribute or conduce to".
