Deb and Sue have helped me sell and purchase 4 separate homes in the last 20 years. Their diligence in finding me the right home (and buyer for my house), working around my demanding schedule, alerting me of new homes about to come onto the market due to their relationships in the business, and their keen negotiation skills - all second to none. The best part is I went from Delaware County to Bucks County to Montgomery County. The were able to get me to the right areas because they know this area of PA so well. Buying a home, especially for the first time can be extremely stressful but they were extremely responsive and answered every question that was asked. I definitely felt like I was in great hands, which is why when my younger sister was ready to buy her first home there was no one else I'd rather have her working with. Sue Kinslow and Debbie Martino were fantastic! My wife and I were looking to move out of Philadelphia and into Montgomery County. We were able to see various listings prior to going on the open market. Sue and Debbie stayed in constant contact with us through the entire search process. The minute a new house showed up they immediately contacted us to see if it fit our interests. The housing market has been absolutely cutthroat, but Sue and Debbie found our home! They are on your side, they want you to get exactly what you want! I remember going to a showing in the Whitemarsh/Conshy area in the beginning of our search. We entered to find a house that had the floors redone and they looked spectacular. I looked over to find Sue lifting the area rug in the dining room only to see her shaking her head.....the seller refinished the floors around the rugs! Could you imagine if I put an offer in on a house to find this out later on in the process? They have the experience and will point things out early in the process that will save you heartache later! Sue and Debbie are thorough, please consider Sue and Debbie at Berkshire Hathaway!

It was a wonderful experience having more than one transaction with this attention to details team of Realtors. In one special occasion, I was in Brazil, the team told me they were watching the home during my absence. One morning they found the house was burglarized and due to the fast action of the team I was promptly informed and able to take action to avoid a house flooding. The realtors remote help with contractors allowed me to keep a piece of mind while away. In addition I was extremely happy with the handling of the sale of another property that sold very fast at the price we wanted. Absolutely nothing bad to say of this team just commendements for a job well done, and when you do multiple transactions with the same team, it speaks loudly! Thank you Sue and Debbie.
