I work as a full time REALTOR and have been in the real estate industry for over 36 years. I specialize in understanding what my clients real needs are. This business can be difficult without understanding all sides of the real estate transaction. I started out as a real estate appraiser back in 1988, and after traveling the nation training as a review appraisal manager, I transitioned into the mortgage finance sector. As a wholesale mortgage representative, I quickly understood the complexity in mortgage banking and the secondary market. For over the last 16 years I have focused primarily on buying and selling real estate. I have the experience to help homeowners navigate through the confusion and changes of the real estate market. I work in Orange County, Long Beach and Riverside Counties. I strive to put people first, and enjoy making a difference "one home at a time".
