Sue has been passionate about finding homes for people in the Kansas City Missouri area for over 41 years. She came to Blue Springs in 1976 to teach high school math after graduating from University of Missouri in Columbia. She became an agent in 1978. She lists primarily in Jackson County, Missouri, Cass, Clay, & Lafayette County. She is also a problem solver in today's market for sellers! She works with each seller on an individual situation. She listens to what is important to them: Needing to sell fast! Get the most amount of money for their home! Least amount of inconvenience! And then she produces the best marketing strategy to get their home sold. She collaborates with them in making their home the best it can be before putting it on the market to sell. This with stagging is extremely important! Coordinating selling a home and buying a home is another job she is good at. When she is a buyer's agent, she expands her area to wherever the buyer would like to live. She is here to communicate with the buyer starting with finding a home, making the best offer possible so that the sellers will take theirs over the other offers, doing inspections, getting them approved for the loan, and all the way until closing.
